John F? Kennedy

Pretty much everyone knows who this guy is, the 35th president of the united states, he was famous for a bunch of different things: first president born in the twentieth century, first and so far only catholic president, first Irish-American president, and one of the youngest presidents ever elected. He is well remembered and liked by many, but why does everyone use his middle initial? Ive never heard anyone call him "John Kennedy", using his middle initial implies that another president or famous person had the sane first and last name, but there's no one else with that name, so why use the middle initial? We do that for other presidents, like John Adams and John Quincy Adams, or George H.W.Bush and George W. Bush. Why use an initial, there's no one to confuse him with, that's just my two cents.

  1. There were tons of Kennedys, there must have been a John Kennedy in his family somewhere so he had to be John F. That's just a guess though.
